There’s a Way Out

Morning Thought: When we first moved into 117 Queen Street, we did not know the building well. Our team forgot the entrance key and we got locked inside. Calls were made to the security company; they'd get us out for a large fee. But if we knew the building better, we would have realised that there was a way out. It was through the fire escape door. Better yet, it was free. Do you know your salvation? Jesus purchased your freedom on the cross. You can walk out of the jail cell of sin, free. The door is open; there's no need to pay for this escape. Listen to Paul: "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it" (1 Corinthians‬ ‭10:13‬‬).
