You Have an Indispensable Ministry

Morning Thought: Recently, there’s been a string of pastors committing suicide. The latest incident made the top of international news yesterday. All of this highlights that pastors need care too. We often think of pastors and spiritual leaders as caring for us, but we also have an indispensable ministry to our pastors. Pastors need your love, kindness, grace, forgiveness and joy. They need your prayers and support. How can you minister to your pastors? Ask the Holy Spirit; he’s the best guide and teacher. “He who watches over a fig tree will eat its fruit; And he who cares for his leaders will be honoured” (Prov. 27:18, my translation).
