Morning Thought: You are called to be a catalyst. At our baptisms on Saturday, I saw something that I’ve never seen before. After we thought we finished the baptisms, we put out a call, “Does anyone else want to be baptised?” Usually, no one else comes forward. But this time it was different. One after another came forward saying, “I also want to be baptised!” The fire of faith in those baptised was contagious. They set off a chain reaction. When faith is real, it’s like fire—and fire spreads. Live with that kind of faith today. “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age” (Matthew 28:19-20, NIV).
