Yield Your Heart

Morning Thought: Yield to the Father. There’s no place safer than in his hands. When a royal motorcade is on the move other travellers give way to royalty. As the people yield, the king or queen can get to where they are going, fulfilling their purpose. The Father wants you to yield to him so that he can fulfill his purpose in your life. When you give way to him, you roll out the red carpet so that his presence can permeate your being. The only way to know the Father’s presence and power in your life is through yielding your heart to him. Listen to how Paul yields himself as he prays: “For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man” (‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭3:14-16‬, NASB‬‬).
