The Value of Purity

Morning Thought: God values purity. Would you drink a cup of water if I spat in it? I doubt it. Would you eat a gourmet meal if the chef sneezed on it? I don’t think so. In the same way you value purity in your water and food, God values purity in your heart. Who can draw near to God? Those who have a pure heart. Here’s the good news: not only does God value purity, he has made a way to purify you. Just ask him. “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness” ‭‭(1 John‬ ‭1:9‬, NIV‬‬).

I was born and raised in Long Island, New York. In 1999 I migrated to Australia, married my beautiful wife, Anna, and we planted a church and Bible School. We are now the proud parents of four children ranging in age from five to eighteen. We are still pastoring the same beautiful church, Church on the Park, in the the heart of Brisbane, Australia (www.brisbanefire.com). We also continue to teach our awesome students at Holy Fire Ministry Training School (www.holyfireschool.com). I love to write and encourage God's people. And something that many people don't know, I'm a DJ as well (aka DJ SOL Vibes).
