Seeing Differently

Morning Thought: Did you know the Bible hardly ever talks about skin colour? It doesn’t divide the world into black and white. Instead, it distinguishes between the righteous and wicked. God also celebrates the nations, each ethnic family is precious to him. The Father sees the heart rather than appearances. Let’s start to see things like God rather than the world. Remember what the Lord said to Samuel? “Do not consider his appearance or his height…The LORD does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart” (‭‭1 Samuel‬ ‭16:7,‬ ‭NIV‬‬).

I was born and raised in New York. In 1999 I migrated to Australia, married my beautiful wife, Anna, and became a pastor. We are now the proud parents of four children ranging in age from five to eighteen. We are still pastoring a beautiful church in the the heart of Brisbane, Australia (www.brisbanefire.com) and we lead an awesome Bible School (www.holyfireschool.com). I love to write and encourage God's people. And something that many people don't know, I'm a DJ as well (aka DJ SOL Vibes).
