Imagine

Morning Thought: Imagine the Queen invited you to tea. Or, picture your favourite sports star wanted to hang out with you. I know I'd be excited; a little nervous, but enthusiastic. Now here's the thing: the Creator of the Universe wants to spend time with you. He's called you into his throne room. He desires to speak with you and he is far more important than the greatest men and women on earth. Why do people get bored with God? It's because their eyes fail to see and their ears don't hear. But you're different. Today, the King is calling. Listen to the Bridegroom in the Song of Songs: “My dove in the clefts of the rock, in the hiding places on the mountainside, show me your face, let me hear your voice; for your voice is sweet, and your face is lovely” (Song of Songs‬ ‭2:14‬, NIV‬‬).
