Bread’s Paradox

Morning Thought: Have you ever thought about the paradox of bread? Bread is so fragile a child can crumble it, and yet so powerful that it can feed a family. Jesus came as bread from heaven. Though he was all-powerful, he allowed mankind to break him like bread on the cross. But his brokenness feeds you and all who come to him. Today, thank God for the bread of life. “Jesus said to them, ‘I am the bread of life; he who comes to Me will not hunger, and he who believes in Me will never thirst’” (‭‭John‬ ‭6:35,‬ ‭NASB‬‬).

I was born and raised in Long Island, New York. In 1999 I migrated to Australia, married my beautiful wife, Anna, and we planted a church and Bible School. We are now the proud parents of four children ranging in age from five to eighteen. We are still pastoring the same beautiful church, Church on the Park, in the the heart of Brisbane, Australia (www.brisbanefire.com). We also continue to teach our awesome students at Holy Fire Ministry Training School (www.holyfireschool.com). I love to write and encourage God's people. And something that many people don't know, I'm a DJ as well (aka DJ SOL Vibes).
