The King’s Diamonds

Morning Thought: If you are a godly, faithful person, you are a rare commodity. You are like a diamond, hidden in the cave of the world’s darkness. People will want to steal from you or throw dirt on you. You’ll need to cry, “Help, Lord” to make it through this age’s falsehood. Yet, through prayer, God will preserve you, and this world will only refine you. See the sharpness that comes against you as God’s cutting you into shape. And view this life’s buffeting as God polishing you to shine. “Help, LORD, for the godly man ceases to be, For the faithful disappear from among the sons of men….The words of the LORD are pure words; As silver tried in a furnace on the earth, refined seven times. You, O LORD, will keep them; You will preserve him from this generation forever” (‭‭Psalms‬ ‭12:1, 6-7,‬ ‭NASB‬‬).
