Purifying Your Perspective

Morning Thought: You can distort your perspective depending on your focus. The Psalmist, Asaph, started to fix his eyes on the prosperity of the wicked. “I can’t believe it! They’re living the good life. And me? To wake up is pain.” Yet, when his focus shifted to God and his eternal kingdom, his attitude changed. “Yet I am always with you; you hold me by my right hand. You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will take me into glory” (‭Psalm‬ ‭73‬:‭23-24‬ NIV). Today, lift up your eyes to heaven and the King of Glory. No money can buy the goodness you have received.
