Morning Thought: You can have something without really having it. In other words, it’s in your possession but you don’t take ownership of it. Like the man with the one bag of gold, you bury it. Out of sight, out of mind. Today, fill your life with praise for what you have in Jesus. Take hold of it and don’t forget it. Check out my latest translation of Ephesians 1:3-10 for a good reminder. “For whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them” (Matthew 25:29, NIV).
