Morning Thought: Think good thoughts. Your brain works like a road network. The neurons travel down known pathways. Thinking good thoughts can change the wrong paths that lead to anxiety. Listen to what Paul says, “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things” (Philippians 4:8, NIV).
