The Battle

Morning Thought: There’s a battle for every inch of God’s promises. The Father has granted these precious promises to you through his Word. They are legally yours, your inheritance. But there are also squatters trying to claim them, the very hordes of hell. Fight these hostile forces with praise, prayer, proclamation and the proper use of God’s Word, your sword. Remember, God is with you and the battle is the Lord’s. “See, I have given you this land. Go in and take possession of the land the Lord swore he would give to your fathers—to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob—and to their descendants after them” (Deuteronomy 1:8, NIV).
