Morning Thought: Join us in prayer for Hong Kong. The battle for the city cannot be won through protests and violence—it can only be won through prayer. May God bring peace to this great city. While we are praying, let’s also pray for Jerusalem and our own city. “Also, seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper” (Jeremiah 29:7 NIV).
