You are Blessed but There’s a Battle

Morning Thought: Like Joseph, God is with you and you are blessed. Christ is your multicoloured coat and you are clothed with him. Yet, just as Joseph’s brothers tried to strip him of his beautiful garment, jealous people will try to destroy your blessing. Remember, there will be a battle for your blessing. Even Potiphar’s wife tried to strip Joseph of his dignity. But stay clothed in Christ and don’t let anyone or anything rob you of Christ’s blessing. In the end, Joseph was vindicated by God. They might have outwardly shamed him, but inwardly he was clothed with God’s favour. “Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age. Also he made him a tunic of many colors” ‭‭(Genesis‬ ‭37:3,‬ ‭NKJV‬‬)
