The Tea & the Cup

Morning Thought: When you serve a cup of tea, it’s the tea that’s most important. The cup is just the vessel to serve the tea. And yet, if the cup is not held carefully, it may fall, breaking into pieces. Consequently, the tea will be lost. We are the vessels of the Lord. We are not the most important, He is! And yet, if we do not honour one another, the presence of the Lord will be lost. So let’s honour the Lord by honouring one another. “But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, so that the surpassing greatness of the power will be of God and not from ourselves” ‭‭(2 Corinthians‬ ‭4:7,‬ ‭NASB‬).
