Defy Gravity

Morning Thought: It’s time to defy gravity, to rise up like an eagle. The world tries to pull you down. Everyday the weight of its sin presses on you. But don’t let gravity be your god. You can throw off its weight by waiting on the Lord. Waiting on God is not like waiting to win the lotto. Instead, it’s catching the Spirit’s wind and letting him lift you higher. Today, wait on the Lord. “But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint” ‭(‭Isaiah‬ ‭40:31‬, ‭NKJV‬‬).
