Replenished

Morning Thought: Self-absorption causes you to spiral downward. You become like a tub of water when the plug is pulled. Like a whirlpool, your life drains out of you. But when you give what you have received, God fills you up again. What you have is multiplied, and instead of losing, you gain. The vessel poured out in love is continually replenished with fresh oil. As Jesus said, “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you” ‭(‭Luke‬ ‭6:38‬, NIV‬‬).
