Bucketloads of Love

Morning Thought: At one of the Gold Coast water parks, there’s a huge bucket high in the air. Children wait under it with great expectation. The bucket continually fills with water until it can’t hold any more. Then it tips out. The children get absolutely soaked, jumping and laughing with excitement. When you are in Jesus Christ, it’s like standing under the bucket of God’s love. The Father pours out so much love on you that you can’t contain it. This is not based on your goodness, but on what Christ has done for you. Today stand under the Father’s water fall. “And hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us” (‭‭Romans‬ ‭5:5‬, NASB‬‬).
