Two People in Prayer

Morning Thought: Two people in prayer have more power than two hundred in parliament. Yesterday, I had the blessing of praying with another pastor at our centre in the city. While praying I could sense the presence of God in a powerful way and felt the angels of God ascending and descending on us. I was reminded that prayer is where the real power is to change lives and nations. It’s through prayer that we exercise Christ’s authority as his ambassadors. Jesus said, “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them” (Matthew‬ ‭18:19-20,‬ ‭NIV‬‬).

I was born and raised in Long Island, New York. In 1999 I migrated to Australia, married my beautiful wife, Anna, and we planted a church and Bible School. We are now the proud parents of four children ranging in age from five to eighteen. We are still pastoring the same beautiful church, Church on the Park, in the the heart of Brisbane, Australia (www.brisbanefire.com). We also continue to teach our awesome students at Holy Fire Ministry Training School (www.holyfireschool.com). I love to write and encourage God's people. And something that many people don't know, I'm a DJ as well (aka DJ SOL Vibes).
