The Day’s Coming

Morning Thought: Live in light of the day of Christ. Right now, the world is living in the night. But there’s a day coming, the Lord’s day, when all darkness will vanish and the temporal things will fade. Chase after the things of this life and you’ll be left with eternal regret. Stuff, thrills, looks and likes will all be a pile of ashes one day. One thing will last: God’s work in and through you. “The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever” (‭‭1 John‬ ‭2:17,‬ ‭NIV‬‬).
