High-Octane Love

Morning Thought: It’s love that fuels God’s mission. But not Hollywood’s version of love. That kind of love is like cheap petroleum, ruining a car’s engine. The real fuel is the high-octane love of Jesus displayed in his life, death and resurrection. It’s this love that sets you on fire and keeps you burning till the end. Make sure you’re continually filling up your life with his love. “Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant, does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered…” (1 Cor. 13:4-5, NASB).
