The Shout of Faith

Morning Thought: “Shout! For the Lord has given you the city” (Joshua 6:16). The shout came before the walls came crashing down. The victory cry resounded, but in faith. The Father works through faith, yet we often work through sight. It is the Lord’s battle; we march behind the victor.  Today, celebrate! Not because all is well, but because Jesus won every good thing on the cross. It is given to you as you follow him. “Shout for joy, O barren one, you who have borne no child; Break forth into joyful shouting and cry aloud, you who have not travailed; For the sons of the desolate one will be more numerous Than the sons of the married woman,” says the LORD” ‭‭(Isaiah‬ ‭54:1‬, NASB‬‬).
