Refuse Offence

Morning Thought: True faith refuses to harbor offence. So many people are offended by trivial matters, but the Syrophoenician woman teaches us to live without offence. Jesus implies that she’s a dog. Yet, she does not let it distract or upset her. Instead, she still seeks him for healing. In the end Jesus says, “’O woman, your faith is great; it shall be done for you as you wish.’ And her daughter was healed at once” (Matthew‬ ‭15:28,‬ ‭NASB‬‬). Living free from offence will bring healing to your life and family.
