A Beacon & Anchor

Morning Thought: When I was in a dark place and about to tap out of ministry (throw in the towel) the Lord spoke to me these words: “He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation” (‭‭Psalm‬ ‭91:15-16,‬ ‭NIV‬‬). These words were a beacon of light beckoning me forward and an anchor of hope in a restless sea. Now I can say that the Father did what he said and my trust is that he will continue to do what he has promised. May you also know this hope today.

I was born and raised in Long Island, New York. In 1999 I migrated to Australia, married my beautiful wife, Anna, and we planted a church and Bible School. We are now the proud parents of four children ranging in age from five to eighteen. We are still pastoring the same beautiful church, Church on the Park, in the the heart of Brisbane, Australia (www.brisbanefire.com). We also continue to teach our awesome students at Holy Fire Ministry Training School (www.holyfireschool.com). I love to write and encourage God's people. And something that many people don't know, I'm a DJ as well (aka DJ SOL Vibes).
