Rain

Morning Thought: Rain is inconvenient. It can even be dangerous. Look above and the sky is grey. Look below and the ground is muddy. But it’s only through rain that life can grow. It’s God’s blessing in disguise and that’s the way many of the Father’s blessings come. The Father wants to use your gloomy and grey circumstances to revive you. Embrace his rain and listen to his voice,  and then you will grow. “The Lord will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands…If you pay attention to the commands of the Lord your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom” (‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭28‬:‭12-13‬ NIV).
