On the Other Side of the Storm

Morning Thought: You can come out of your storm stronger than before. Storms expose the weak structures, leaving them stripped and shattered. It’s the same with the storms of life. Our Father allows them to show the weak areas that need strengthening. Instead of lamenting over the damage, get to work on the rebuilding. Today, reach out to a brother or sister reeling from a storm and help them restore what has been lost. “Then the Lord spoke to Job out of the storm…After Job had prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes and gave him twice as much as he had before” (‭Job‬ ‭38‬:‭1; 42‬:‭10‬ NIV).

I was born and raised in Long Island, New York. In 1999 I migrated to Australia, married my beautiful wife, Anna, and we planted a church and Bible School. We are now the proud parents of four children ranging in age from five to eighteen. We are still pastoring the same beautiful church, Church on the Park, in the the heart of Brisbane, Australia (www.brisbanefire.com). We also continue to teach our awesome students at Holy Fire Ministry Training School (www.holyfireschool.com). I love to write and encourage God's people. And something that many people don't know, I'm a DJ as well (aka DJ SOL Vibes).
