Jesus is Building

Morning Thought: Jesus is still a carpenter and he builds to last. He’s building his people like a house that stands through every storm. He’s making us like a mountain that’s strong, stable and immovable. “And I tell you that you are Peter (Petros), and on this rock (Petra) I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it” (Matt. 16:18, NIV, additions mine).
