Morning Thought: What’s one of the biggest obstacles to intimacy with God? Busyness. ‘Unbusy’ your life for the sake of intimacy with God. Busyness is often a disguise for laziness. Simplifying your life takes effort but it’s worth it. Remember Martha and Mary. “‘Martha, Martha,’ the Lord answered, ‘you are worried and upset about many things, but few things are needed—or indeed only one. Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her’” (Luke 10:41-42, NIV).
