The Window Cleaner

Morning Thought: Nobody likes dirty windows. It limits the light coming in and distorts what we see outside. Yet, does any of us really like cleaning windows? It’s a pain to get them looking crystal clear. Your eyes are also like windows. Through them you see the world and the world sees you. Don’t allow the windows of your eyes to get dirty through lust. Lust will blind you to God and others around you—you’ll see objects rather than people. Today, let Jesus clean your windows and maintain their shine through the water of God’s Word. “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God” ‭‭(Matthew‬ ‭5:8‬, NIV‬‬).
