God in the Home

Morning Thought: Our homes are the place for our faith to be lived out, to put God’s way into practice. Our way is to put ourselves first; God’s way is to put him first and then one another above ourselves. When we value the members of our family above our self-life we will be blessed. “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.” (Philippians 2:3, 4 NIV)
